Hi, I'm Em! I am a landscape painter and create both commission and personal works. 

Growing up in the Cotswolds, I have always been surrounded by nature. The local wildlife has always been the thing that mainly inspires my practice.

My work captures the beauty of every day life. I enjoy taking time to focus in on the things that would usually go unnoticed. We often get caught up in our own lives and take our surroundings for granted.  My work is about slowing down and appreciating familiar environments.

I work with various painting mediums, including oil paints, acrylics and gouache, but my primary medium is oil paint. I feel that it gives me the most freedom and flexibility to be able to portray each landscape exactly how I want it.

My commission work also consists of landscapes, anywhere that is significant to you.
